Education - Super Safety Legal Status Update (Obsolete Video)

A firearms professional provides good (but now obsolete!) information about the ATF ‘regulation’ of the Hoffman Tactical Super Safety. He essentially states that the ATF was incorrect when the classified the Super Safety as machine gun. He feels it should be NOT classified as a machine gun subject to the National Firearms Act (NFA). Later on in 2024 the ATF regulation or opinion was changed.
